This option can be used in order to avoid the machining difficulties, for manufacturing of sophisticated components.

This method is also used for manufacturing of elastomer components

The casting allows insertion of metal components (such as threaded sleeves)

Welding-Glueing
Welding and glueing are two complementary methods. Some synthetic materials cannot be welded, but can be glued; other materials cannot be glued, but can be welded.
Our specific welding methods are wire welding, laser welding, and ultrasound welding.

Depending on applications, hot or cold glueing can be used.

New types of glues are obtained, some synthetic materials cannot yet be glued, but very soon new glueing possibilities will emerge for such type of materials.

Small and large components can be assembled by welding and glueing.

For small runs, welding and glueing can be used as an alternative to thermoforming.
